Privacy
How OH Builds uses browser storage, build likes, shared calculator links, analytics and support.
Your saved builds and setups
Saved builds and recently viewed builds are stored in your browser. Clearing this site’s storage removes them. Calculator share links contain the selected equipment, stats and conditions; anyone you send a link to can read that setup. Avoid including personal information in shared names or messages.
Build likes
Voting uses a random signed browser identifier in a secure, HttpOnly cookie, normally lasting up to one year. The server stores build likes against that identifier. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the connection address for a ten-minute window. Clearing the cookie can remove your ability to manage previous likes.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor and page statistics. Hosting and security providers process request information needed to serve and protect the site. These providers apply their own retention and privacy policies.
Support and requests
Need help? on the homepage reveals email-draft options only when you open support. Choosing an email option opens your email service; a message is sent only when you choose Send there. Include only the information needed for your question. Use support for questions about data or removal requests.
Retention and control
Browser data remains until you clear it or use an available clear control. Shared likes remain server-side until removed or maintained by the owner. This site does not offer an account or an automatic ownership-recovery service.
